For daily rentals and high-traffic units: We recommend the Cozy Sleep System. Built for maximum durability, it features a 1000 lb rating, 8.5" attached pillow-top mattress, and our proprietary Z-Spring® platform for long-term comfort. It’s a hospitality-grade solution made for frequent turnover and fewer service calls.
For owner-occupied or lightly rented units: The Classic Square™ mechanism offers reliable fold-flat operation and supports industry-standard replacement sizes. While it’s less robust than our Cozy system, it still qualifies as commercial grade — making it a practical solution for value-conscious buyers or replacement needs.
